Adventure Training

No matter the activity, prepare yourself for whatever life throws your way with this 60 minute group training session. Each class is different and well rounded with strength/cardio focused drills and games with your fellow classmates. Emphasis is on FUN exercises where YOU choose your own difficulty.

-unlimited access to all group training sessions

-accountability: committing to one month encourages regular attendance

-membership freeze: Leaving town for a week or two? With two weeks notice, freeze your membership and pick up where you left off when you get back.
