About
Since 2013, MC Exercise has been working towards improving the health and wellness of people living in Terrace. Practising Kinesiologist Marlee Cater is passionate about the outdoors. By educating clients about proper form and technique she fosters a lifetime of active movement.
MC Exercise is a mobile service offering programs at local gyms, your home, at the pool or any other indoor or outdoor location. With passion and expertise as the driving forces to success, you will take steps toward your life goals in-stride with motivation and accountability supporting you along the way!
SEMI-PRIVATE
Similar to the benefits of Private Training, Semi-Private Training brings with it an atmosphere of encouragement. By training with a friend or in a group of 3-4 you'll push and motivate each other to get the most out of each workout.
GROUP
Classes run year round, indoor or outdoor depending on the season. Geared towards all fitness levels, classes focus on cardio (aerobic and anaerobic), full body and core strength, agility and balance. Get motivated and get moving!
PRIVATE
Looking to get in shape but need some extra motivation and support? Private training is a great place to start. Sessions provide a personalized fitness program to give you accountability, proper technique and the best possible results!

Adventure Training
No matter the activity, prepare yourself for whatever life throws your way with this 60 minute group training session. Each class is different and well rounded with strength/cardio focused drills and games with your fellow classmates. Emphasis is on FUN exercises where YOU choose your own difficulty.

-accountability: committing to one month encourages regular attendance
-membership freeze: Leaving town for a week or two? With two weeks notice, freeze your membership and pick up where you left off when you get back.
